AVAILABILITY OF WEBSITE
The terms and conditions that apply to the User's use of the Site are set forth in this Agreement. The User agrees to abide by all of the Terms & Conditions by using this Site. The Company reserves the right to change or discontinue any component or feature of the Site at any time, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and access or use equipment. Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to stop disseminating any piece or category of information, as well as amend or eliminate any communication method.

USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
If you register with www.zealth.shop to use the services, you will be given a username, password, and account designation after completing the registration process on the Website. You are entirely responsible for any activities that occur under your password or account, as well as for maintaining the secrecy of the password and account. You promise to immediately alert www.zealth.shop of any unauthorized use of your password or account, as well as any other security breach, and to ensure that you quit your account at the conclusion of each session. COLOURS
While we have made every effort to display the colours of the products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor or screen will be totally true, as computer monitors and electronic device screens vary.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
You agree and understand that when you use the Site or give us emails or other data, information, or communication, you are communicating with us through electronic records, and you consent to receive communications from us via electronic records on a regular basis and as needed. We shall communicate with You by email or an electronic record on our Site, which will be considered acceptable notice/electronic record service.

CANCELLATION BY US
Please keep in mind that there may be times when we are unable to accept orders and must cancel them. We have the right to refuse or purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect in the product's quality are all examples of scenarios where your order may be cancelled. Before approving any order, we may demand extra verifications or information. If all or part of your order is cancelled, or if additional information is needed to accept your order, we will notify you. If you cancel your order after it has been charged to your credit card, the amount will be refunded to your Card Account.

CANCELLATIONS BY THE USER
In the event of an order cancellation request, we maintain the right to accept or reject the request for any reason. If we get a cancellation notice and the order has not been completed / approved by us, we will cancel the order and issue you a credit note as per standard business practise. Only requests for order cancellation made within 24 (twenty-four) hours of placing the order on the Site are acceptable and approved. We would not be able to cancel orders that are already processed or orders for which a cancellation request is filed after the 24-hour (twenty-hour) period has passed since the order was placed. We have complete discretion over whether or not an order is processed. The User undertakes not to challenge our judgment and accepts our decision on the cancellation.
** Please keep in mind that we will issue you with a 365-day credit note for product exchange.

FRAUDULENT /DECLINED TRANSACTIONS
In order to avoid fraudulent accounts and transactions, we may monitor the user's account at all times. Users who create multiple accounts or use our services fraudulently are subject to legal action under relevant law, and we reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection fees, and attorneys' fees from people who use the Site fraudulently. We retain the right to take legal action against such individuals for fraudulent use of the Site as well as any other unlawful acts or omissions that violate these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to remove any account and dishonour all previous and pending orders without liability if any fraudulent or rejected transaction is discovered prior to legal action being taken. We will not be liable for any reimbursements for the purposes of this clause.
We, as a merchant, accept no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from the refusal of authorization for any Transaction due to the Cardholder exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon by us and our acquiring bank from time to time.

CREDIT CARD DETAILS
You agree, understand, and confirm that the credit card information you supply for the Site's services will be valid and accurate, and that you will not use a credit card that is not lawfully yours, i.e. you must use your own credit card in a credit card transaction. You also agree and promise to provide us with accurate and current payment card information. Furthermore, unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation, or court order, we will not use or share the aforementioned information with any third parties. Any credit card fraud will not be our responsibility. If you use a card fraudulently, you will be held liable, and it will be your responsibility to report it.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
All content, products, and services on the site, as well as those obtained from a website to which the site is linked (a "linked site"), are provided "as is" with no express or implied warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, or accuracy. All warranties, if any, related to the goods and services would be supplied by the product's manufacturer/supplier, not by us. Any dispute relating to the same should be directed to the appropriate manufacturer/supplier and not to us in any way. We do not support and are not liable for:
1.    the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement made through the site by any party other than us,
2.    any content provided on linked sites or
3.    Any product or service gained through a linked site's capabilities or reliability. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a user's reliance on information gained from the site or a connected site, or by a user's reliance on any product or service obtained from a linked site, except as required by relevant consumer protection law. Any opinion, advice, or other content available through the site, or gained from a linked site, must be evaluated by the user for accuracy, completeness, and usefulness. Regarding the evaluation of any specific opinion, advice, product, service, or other content, please seek the guidance of professionals as needed.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You expressly understand and agree that the company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, and licensors will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, opportunity, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your use of the same.

CUSTOMER CARE
All customer care grievances will be handled through the various contact channels available to the customers and relevant resolutions will be provided to them at the earliest possible time. The proper protocol will be followed to deal with every customer’s query which will include receiving the query, assessing the various reasons why the customer faced the inconvenience or why the query arose, looking at the possible solutions available at hand and providing the customer with the solution that best matches their grievance. In the case where a suitable solution is not already present, the problem will be discussed with senior management, and either a new solution will be devised, or the customer will be given a full refund for the amount paid through online payments. There will be no refunds for orders placed via the Cash on Delivery ("COD") option by Users.

MISCELLANEOUS
Furthermore, we may occasionally be unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) to you, and the reasons for this may include, but are not limited to:
1.    the relevant product being unavailable
2.    the concerned manufacturer/supplier/designer/importer failing to provide the relevant product to us;
3.    inaccuracies or mistakes in product or pricing information discovered through our quality audit procedure; and
4.    inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. You will not be entitled to any damages or monetary compensation in the event of any of the aforementioned circumstances.
If we are unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) as described above and you paid for them with your credit/debit card, the money you paid while placing the order(s) on the Site will be refunded to your card account. There will be no refunds for orders placed via the Cash on Delivery ("COD") option by Users.
